calsocghana@gmail.com The Caledonian Society of Ghana invites you to our annual Burns Supper. Traditional Burns Supper as celebrated across the World. The Burns Supper celebrates the life of Scotland Favoured Son and Bard, Robert Burns born on the 25th January 1759. Robert Burns is regarded as a pioneer of the Romantic movement, and after his death he became a great source of inspiration to the founders of both liberalism and socialism, and a cultural icon in Scotland and among the Scottish diaspora around the world.
GHS 500 per person. Dress Code: Formal/National. Time: 7pm till midnight. All proceeds from the event will go towards our selected charities, The Burns & Reconstructive Surgery Unit at Korle Bu Hospital & Chance for Children.
